# Agent Weather

> AI provider health readings and a combined record for AI agents, each reading with its source and timestamp. /v1/decide/provider-health: one AI provider's status-page reading plus its last 24h in our record. /v1/agent-weather/current: the combined record in one call (AI provider health, x402 payment activity on the XRP Ledger, agent tooling). For XRP Ledger users: x402 merchant readings by XRPL address at /v1/merchant/{address}. OpenRouter model price readings: /v1/models/report and /v1/decide/cheapest-model. Raw readings first; gaps are reported, not filled. Pay per request via x402: RLUSD on the XRP Ledger or USDC on Base. Sold over x402 (v2, scheme `exact`) on XRPL mainnet (`xrpl:0`) and on Base (`eip155:8453`), same price on both rails. No API key or account is needed: request, receive a 402, pay, retry.
